1. Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Communications > Choose New Connection Wizard from the menu.
If the Customer has never specified a dial-up connection in Windows XP before, they may see a window labeled Location Information like the one below. If you do not see this window, skip to Step 2.
- Put in your area code.
- Make sure that Tone is CHECKED.
- Click OK.
- At the next window, labeled Phone and Modem Options Click OK.
2. The New Connection Wizard will appear. Click Next.
3. Ensure there is a green dot by Connect to the Internet. Click Next.
4. Click the button by Setup my connection manually. Click Next.
5. Ensure there is a green dot by Connect using a dial-up modem. Click Next.
6. Type UsaWide.Net for the ISP Name. Click Next.
7. Type your dialup number. Click Next. (

8. Enter your username and password, then your password again to confirm it.
9. Leave a check where it says Turn on Internet Connection Firewall for this connection. Click Next.
10. Nearing the bottom of the last screen, put a check by Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop.
11. Click Finish.
12. Close out of all windows.
13. Double-Click the UsaWide.Net Icon on the Desktop.
14. Enter in the Username and Password and click Dial.
