1. Click Start > Settings > Dial Up Networking.
2. Double-click Make New Connection.
3. Type in UsaWide.Net for the name of the computer you are dialing.
4. Select a device should reflect a valid modem.
5. Click Next.
6. Leave the Area Code field blank.
7.Enter your local access number. Click Next. (

8. Click Next > Finish.
9. Right-click UsaWide.Net > Left-Click Properties.
10. Uncheck Use Area Code and Dialing Properties.
11. Left-click on the Networking tab.
12. Uncheck NetBEUI and IPX/SPX Compatible.
13. Click OK.
14. Right-click UsaWide.Net > Left-click Create Shortcut.
15. Click Yes.
16. Go back to the Desktop, find the UsaWide.Net shortcut and Double-click it.
17. Enter in the Username and Password.
