1. Right-click My Network Places and left-click Properties.
2. Double-click on the Make New Connection icon.
3. Click Next.
4. Choose Dial-up to the Internet. Click Next.
5. Choose I want to set up my Internet connect manually. Click Next.
6. Choose I connect through a phone line and a modem. Click Next.
7. Uncheck Use Area Code and Dialing rules. Enter your local access number. Click Next. (

8. Enter your Username and Password. Click Next.
9. Type in UsaWide.Net. Click Next.
10. Choose No. Click Next. Click Finish.
11. Right-click My Network Places and left-click Properties.
12. Right-click the UsaWide.Net icon and left-click Create Shortcut.
13. An alert message will pop-up. Click Yes.
14. Close the Dial-Up Networking window.
15. On your Desktop, Double-click the icon labeled Shortcut to UsaWide.Net. Close the Network and Dial-up Connections window.
16. Enter in the Username and Password.
