Automatic Quarantine Reports have been suspended for all subscribers because many subscribers requested that they no longer receive daily reports.
Users can access/ view any quarantined email via Webmail, then go to Quarantine.
To Enable your daily report, log into Webmail, go to Settings, click on Filtering, then on Quarantine Reports and set your quarantine report to be sent daily or any other schedule that you prefer. You will need to check mark Overide my domain defaults. We hold quarantined mail for 4 days so you should get a report regularly, if you are concerned about missing email. We have over 250,000 junk emails in quarantine on a daily basis. Unfortunately, we can not keep junk email forever.
